opacity

Colors & Backgrounds

Controls the transparency levels of an element and all its nested children. Values range from 0.0 (fully transparent) to 1.0 (fully opaque).

Common Value Formats

opacity: 1.0; Fully visible
opacity: 0.5; Half translucent
opacity: 0.0; Invisible but still takes up space
